With a passion for problem solving and a commitment to innovative solutions, Loxley Innovations is comprised of the best and brightest in their fields. The old saying goes " 80% of the work is done by 20% of the employee's", we are the 20%, we strive to create the best solution for any situation and are always working toward improving. We have always been the employee's that all others are compared too, so we decided to bring our skill set to the market and provide to smaller companies what we have provided to fortune five hundred companies. We pulled inspiration from the home town of the folk hero Robin Hood and embody that spirit of helping the little guy get a leg up in the rat race that is business.

When you have an engineer who finds his passion in project management and process control. Combining the technical and analytical thinking of an engineer with the drive to get things done and improve you get the driving force of innovation. With not only the ideas and thought process to push new ideas, the knowledge of what it takes to make something and the skill set to make it happen.
Zachary Trotter
Chief Technical Officer
The most effective engineers start in the field where hands on experience meets theoretical knowledge. Known by titles such as " The Golden Goose", " The Resident SME" and " The Boy Wonder". When other fall short the go to phrase is " Give it to Zach". With a passion for all things electromechanical, turning the love of solving a complex problem and creating something new into a profession. Embodies and lives by the quote " There isn't anything I can't do just things I haven't done yet"
Cole Yorston
Chief Data Officer
Followed by comments such as " he might be the smartest person I've ever met". A mathematical and analytical savant, a human calculator if you will. An engineer with a passion in all things analytical with findings that shape the way a company does business. A wizard in predictive modeling, data science and anomaly detection. A man whos intelligence is only shadowed by his own humility.
